24-year-old Plano woman pleads guilty

Fermanova pleaded guilty to a single felony count of violating the Arms Export Control Act.

Out today on bail, the 2004 Richardson High School grad faces up to 57 months in prison when she’s sentenced April 29.

Born in Latvia and raised in Texas, she went to the Ogle cosmetology school and is licensed in cosmetology. She was under house arrest in Plano in her parents’ home before she had to go to New York to face the judge.
