The Heard Natural Science Museum & Wildlife Sanctuary in McKinney, Texas, is suing the North Texas Municipal Water District. In the video, Executive Director Sy Shahid states the Heard’s case about after eminent domain has been used to put in a sewage pipe under the wetlands and through the prairie on the 289-acre wildlife sanctuary.
