CHILDREN’S CHORUS OF COLLIN COUNTY

https://www.facebook.com/ChorusCC/ — The purpose of the Children’s Chorus, directed by Janie Oliver, is to provide each child with an opportunity to grow musically, artistically, and personally; to foster in each a sense of wonder and pride through the joy of singing beautifully and encourage striving for excellence in all experiences.

The Children’s Chorus of Collin County is an auditioned, tuition-based organization, comprised of 100-plus singers who exhibit superior vocal skills, enthusiasm for choral performance, and a strong desire to be a part of a growing group of talented youth. The Chorus performs throughout the year in local, national, and international venues. In summer of 2016, the Chorus performed in London, England, and in Canterbury Cathedral.

Fall Concert with University of North Texas Concert Choir Holiday Concert with Dallas Symphony Orchestra at the Meyerson Symphony Center

Spring Concert at the Eisemann Center in Richardson, Texas

culminating in a tour to New York’s Carnegie Hall in Summer 2018
