Shooting Reported at Apartment Complex

The shooting happened around 3:45 a.m. at an apartment complex in the 1800 block of East Robert Street. When police arrived at the scene, they found one woman dead from gunshot wounds inside a vehicle.

According to detectives, the woman who died and another woman — who was also shot but survived — had gone to the complex to confront a group of other women.
