A terrifying incident in South Carolina has led to the arrest of Chavas Rhodes, a 30-year-old man, who allegedly threatened his three children and killed the family dog.
The incident occurred early on a Tuesday morning in North Charleston, leading to Rhodes being arrested on multiple charges, including burglary, kidnapping, animal cruelty, and unlawful conduct toward a child.
