A tragic incident unfolded in Fontana, California, when 40-year-old fitness influencer Gloria Zamora was allegedly shot and killed by her estranged husband, Thomas Alberto Tamayo Lizarraga. The attack also claimed the life of Hector Garduno, a man Zamora was on a date with at the time.

The Tragic Events
On Saturday evening, Zamora and Garduno were outside a sushi restaurant in Fontana when Lizarraga allegedly approached and opened fire in the parking lot.
According to Fontana Police Officer Steve Reed, Zamora was in the process of divorcing Lizarraga, who is accused of carrying out the shooting. The gunfire was initially directed at Garduno, before Lizarraga turned the weapon on Zamora.
Several off-duty law enforcement officers were in the area and heard the gunshots. An off-duty deputy from the San Bernardino Sheriff’s Office drove toward the scene and confronted Lizarraga. During the confrontation, the deputy fatally shot Lizarraga, ending the violent spree.

Both Zamora and Garduno were rushed to the hospital but tragically succumbed to their injuries. The loss of both individuals has left their families devastated.

Zamora revealed how her husband, instead of being supportive of her career, would make negative comments about her appearance, and she felt that he was trying to bring her down.
In a candid moment, she said, “With husbands like these, who needs enemies?” That clip was shared on Instagram, hinting at the struggles she faced in the relationship.
