Celina’s rapid growth continues with the introduction of Toll Brothers’ new neighborhood, The Ranch at Uptown Celina. The community was officially inaugurated on September 22 and is part of the broader Uptown Celina master plan.
The Ranch at Uptown Celina offers four distinct house designs ranging in size from 1,500 to over 5,000 square feet. Buyers can choose from configurations with three to six bedrooms, two to five and a half bathrooms, and two or three vehicle garages. Prices begin in the upper $300,000s and range to the low $700,000s.
What Residents Can Expect
Residents will enjoy more than just lovely residences. Uptown Celina’s master plan features resort-style facilities like a pool, bike trails, and open green spaces.
Its proximity to downtown Celina provides homeowners with easy access to dining, shopping, and entertainment, while adjacent roadways such as the Dallas North Tollway and Preston Road facilitate commuting.
“We are excited to introduce The Ranch at Uptown Celina, where luxury meets convenience in a highly desirable Celina location,” said Jay Saunders, Toll Brothers’ division president, in an official statement.
“With a wide array of flexible floor plans to accommodate every lifestyle and access to exceptional amenities, this community seamlessly blends small-town charm with resort-style living.”
Homebuyers can also take advantage of Toll Brothers’ Design Studio, a one-stop shop where experienced advisers help modify finishes and amenities to build individualized dream houses.
The Ranch is part of Celina ISD and serves families at Bobby Ray and Afton Martin Elementary, Celina Middle School, and Celina High School. Residents are never far from suburban comforts or big-city connections thanks to their excellent location.
Another addition to Uptown Celina
The Ranch is not the only new subdivision changing Celina’s housing landscape. The Heights at Uptown Celina held its own launch on September 18, just days before its official debut.
Perry Homes, Olivia Clarke Homes, and Normandy Homes are developing The Heights, which will eventually feature over 400 single-family homes and cost $35 million.
The Heights, like The Ranch, was developed with the community in mind. Plans include pedestrian streets, picturesque trails, and gathering areas to encourage neighbors to connect. Retail and dining choices are also planned within the development, contributing to Celina’s vision of a self-sustaining, linked community.
Celina’s Growing Appeal
Celina, one of North Texas’ fastest-growing cities, has emerged as a popular destination for both homebuilders and families. With developments like Uptown Celina that offer both luxury and livability, the city continues to strike a balance between rapid growth and small-town community values.
