A Texas house that went popular on social media is about to be auctioned off. And this estate is not only large, but also quite modern, with features you won’t find in many other places.
Southlake MegaMansion To Be Auctioned
The estate, located in Southlake, was completed in 2016 and sits on approximately 4 acres of land, all of which is gated and near Grapevine Lake. The mansion was originally advertised for $27.5 million in 2024, but is currently valued at $23 million. According to the Dallas Morning News, the opening bids are likely to be up to $15 million.
The home contains eight bedrooms, eight full baths, and three partial baths. The mansion is listed at 31,000 square feet. So, whoever inherits the estate will have lots of space.
Texas Mansion’s Amazing Features
According to the Dallas Morning News, having a home is similar to owning a resort. The backyard pool is divided into two sections: one for deep diving, which includes a waterslide and a diving board.
Three chef’s kitchens, a guest house, a wine room capable of holding over 2,000 bottles, and a cutting-edge studio. The mansion also features a bowling alley, an indoor jump house, and a gym.
According to the Dallas Morning News, bidding for the mansion will begin on September 4th at conciergeauctions.com. Bidding will end on September 18. So if you’re looking for a mansion, good luck!
I imagine the property taxes on the house are hefty.
