Durant, Oklahoma – A guy was arrested after reportedly striking and smashing a dog.
Brian Gene Stowe, 44, was brought into the Bryan County Jail on Friday, September 12, and charged with felony animal abuse.
According to court documents, Stowe hit a dog several times before slamming it to the ground.
Stowe remains in custody and faces up to 5 years in prison and a $5,000 fine if convicted.
