DENISON, Texas – Grayson College hosted over 1,400 high school students over two days for their annual senior day event.
Students from numerous area schools visited campus, spoke with professors, and learned about the various career paths available at Grayson College.
Seniors who are eligible for the Texoma Promise program can also apply for scholarships.
“Then, if they meet a certain AGI, which is adjusted gross income based on their FAFSA information, we will cover any funding that is missing after aid and scholarships are applied,” said Logan Maxwell, Grayson College’s Vice President of Student Services.
Grayson College has seen a nearly 30% rise in high school student enrollment since the promise program’s inception.
