Who Was Arrested?
Luis Leal Jr., 17, of League City, was arrested and charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. He was already out on bond for six counts of Aggravated Robbery, making this latest charge particularly serious. He is currently being held with no bond.
Randy Rojas Jr., 21, of Texas City, was also arrested and charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle. His bond has been set at $10,000.
Both individuals were taken into custody without incident during early morning operations at two different locations.
