Wednesday will be even hotter, with highs nearing 109°F. The heat will continue through the weekend, with only slight changes in temperature.
Even at night, temperatures will stay warm, only dropping to around 80°F to 82°F. This means there won’t be much relief from the heat, even after sunset.
Hazy Skies Due to Wildfire Smoke
Hazy conditions are expected to return Tuesday afternoon and continue overnight into Wednesday. This haze is likely caused by wildfire smoke drifting into Southern Nevada from nearby states.
The haze will be more noticeable between 9 PM and 11 PM. Along with this, dry winds from the southwest may gust up to 24 mph, making the air feel even drier and lowering visibility.
