Houston – Georgetown Manor, a licensed partner of furniture manufacturer and Top 100 retailer Ethan Allen, is set to open a new, state-of-the-art Design Studio in Webster, part of the greater Houston metro area, on August 28.
Closing of Friendswood Design Center
Georgetown Manor’s existing Ethan Allen Design Center at 19420 Gulf Freeway in Friendswood will close on August 24, and the new Webster Design Studio will officially open just before Labor Day weekend at 1065 West Bay Area Blvd.
Bradley Chesnick, president and CEO of Georgetown Manor, expressed his gratitude for the Friendswood location’s 25 years of service. He assured clients that the new studio would still be conveniently located for them.
“In our Webster Design Studio, we’ll have the same interior design team that people know and trust, but we’ll be operating in a new, digitally driven environment, which will put the real focus on our unique combination of personal service and technology — something unique to the Ethan Allen experience,” Chesnick said.
Modern Design Studio Features
The new Webster Design Studio will feature an open floor plan with tailored room vignettes to suit the local clientele’s needs.
Clients can collaborate with Ethan Allen interior designers at fully equipped workstations that include large screens to view detailed designer presentations, 3D floor plans, as well as fabric, leather, and finish samples.
Expanding Service to Houston and Beyond
To better serve Houston-area clients, along with those in Austin and San Antonio, Georgetown Manor has recently built a 63,000-square-foot service center and headquarters in Houston.
Chesnick expressed excitement about the new location, saying, “We are thrilled to open this new Webster Design Studio to better serve our clients with all their interior design needs, and to showcase what makes Ethan Allen Houston’s interior design destination.”
