Arrest of Patrick Hardy
The homeowner, Patrick Hardy, aged 59, was arrested at the scene and charged with two counts of Theft of Property valued between $2,500 and $30,000. Bond for each of these charges was set at $50,000. Additionally, Hardy faces a third charge of Theft of Property valued between $750 and $2,500, with a bond set at $7,500.
Arrest of Tonya Spivey
A second person, Tonya Spivey, aged 56, was present during the search and was arrested on an outstanding warrant for Possession of a Dangerous Drug.
