ALLEN, Texas – Kaizen Development Partners has secured its first tenant for One Bethany West at Watters Creek.
Highlands Residential Mortgage signed a 10-year lease for 25,735 sf at the soon-to-deliver office building at 950 W. Bethany Drive in Allen.
The building is the third of five planned Class A office projects in One Bethany at Watters Creek, joining One Bethany East and Netscout at One Bethany.
JLL represented the landlord, and Mohr Partners advised the tenant.
Completion is scheduled for early July 2020. The tenant will occupy the space in November 2020.
