What’s being built at Frisco Station?

Short Answer: Office buildings, hotels and apartment

The first office building is seven stories high on Dallas North Tollway in Frisco

Hotels: Two are going in at Frisco Station, with 650 hotel rooms planned. Look for Marriott’s Residence Inn and AC Hotel.

Apartment units: 301 units at first, with 2,400 planned

How much in square feet? Frisco Station plans for 300,000 square feet of retail space and 5.5 million in office space square feet

Location: Near The Star to the north of where the Dallas Cowboys facilities are in Frisco TX. And don’t forget there was already a 17-story residential building going up from Blue Star Land and Columbus Realty. Plus the Omni Frisco is already at The Star
