How to keep kids safe on Halloween; Plano Police Kids Night Out on Oct. 31

From Plano Police: This year, our annual Kids Night Out event location will be held at the Plano-Richardson Police Training Center,  4912 14th Street. The event will be from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Community retailers and the Plano Police Department will come together Halloween night to provide children with a safer alternative to outdoor Trick-Or-Treating.

Within this secure environment, children will be able to play games, win prizes, and Trick-Or-Treat at numerous booths set up inside the training center. This is event is for children 5th grade age and under.

The location is near where 14th connects with Plano Parkway and across from Plano’s Pecan Hollow Golf Course.

Please contact the Plano Police Crime Prevention Unit at 972-941-2431 should you need any additional information. As always, thanks for helping us keep Plano a safe community to live, work and play. – David Tilley, Plano Police Department
