Election day is May 6 in Collin County, Texas.

Early voting runs April 24-May 2 in important local races.

The early voting sites are available to Collin County registered voters with an effective date on or before May 6, 2017 and who reside in the following jurisdictions: Collin County, City of Allen, City of Anna, City of Celina, City of Frisco, City of Farmersville , City of Lavon, City of Lucas, City of McKinney, City of Melissa, City of Murphy, City of New Hope, City of Parker, City of Plano, City of Prosper, City of Saint Paul, City of Wylie, Anna ISD, Community ISD, Frisco ISD, Farmersville ISD, Lovejoy ISD, McKinney ISD, Melissa ISD, Plano ISD, Princeton ISD, and Collin County Mud 1.

From the Collin County Elections Administrator:

Election results are unofficial until canvassed or adopted by the party, county, city or school.

Unofficial election results are produced directly from the Collin County Election Administrator’s tabulation system. On election night, you must push the RELOAD button on your browser menu to get updated results.

Early voting results will appear at 7 p.m. on election night.

Election results will be updated beginning at 8:30 p.m., and then at half hour intervals until tabulation is completed. The time of the latest returns will appear in the upper right hand corner of the result page. Results posted on this page are unofficial.

Official results are canvassed by the political subdivision holding the election and kept by the city, school, or county filing officer.
