Join Frisco city leaders on Monday, February 20 for a Town Hall meeting, where residents can learn more about city projects and programs and ask questions.
During the meeting, the City of Frisco will showcase its ‘Year in Review’ to residents attending in person. This video presentation will feature the major accomplishments of 2016, including events like the opening of The Ford Center at The Star, and major groundbreakings for projects like Frisco Station and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children.
Also on the agenda for discussion are topics affecting Frisco residents this spring, including:
- New emergency alert system
- Road construction updates (featuring projects on F.M. 423 and U.S. 380)
- Urban Wildlife in Frisco
Residents will also have the chance to ask their own questions.
The Town Hall meeting will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. in the council chambers at the George A. Purefoy Municipal Center, 6101 Frisco Square Blvd. Various city department representatives will staff ‘information stations’ beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the atrium.

The ‘Q & A’ portion of the meeting will follow staff presentations.
New this year, Frisco’s registered voters will be invited to join the call by either mobile device or landline. Mobile users will receive a voicemail message with the call-in phone number and instructions prior to the event. Landline users will receive a phone call Monday night, inviting them to join the meeting.
Town Hall meetings last approximately two hours and are typically held three times each year.
