Shelter: What will a growing county do about stray animals? That’s coming up soon before the county commissioners. Plano and Allen have their own animal shelters while the Collin County Animal Shelter provides services to Anna, Celina, Fairview, Farmersville, Frisco, McKinney, Melissa, Princeton and Prosper on a one-year contract.
